The Board of Directors of Raffles Education Corporation Limited ("RafflesEducationCorp") is pleased to announce that RafflesEducationCorp has on 04 December 2009, set up a wholly owned subsidiary known as Raffles Education Australia Pty Ltd in Western Australia with an issued share capital of AUD2/-.None of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of RafflesEducationCorp has any direct or indirect interest, in the new subsidiary.
